September Feature Update: Enhancing Your JubileeTV Experience

We're excited to share some new updates designed to make your experience with JubileeTV even better. These latest features focus on making your interactions more engaging and personal, giving you more control over video calls and Activity Feed photos.

Here's a closer look at what's new:

Video Calls: Bringing You Closer

Pinch-to-Zoom

Sometimes, you just want a closer look-whether it's to see a beloved pet or catch a subtle smile from your loved one. This simple feature allows you to zoom in during video calls to see your loved one more clearly, helping you feel closer, no matter the distance.

Here's how to use pinch to zoom on your touchscreen device during a call:

  1. Touch the screen with two fingers
  2. To zoom in, move your fingers apart
  3. To zoom out, move your fingers together
  4. Release your fingers to view the view call at the new zoom level

Pinch-to-Zoom is available on the JubileeTV App for iOS and Android, but not on the web version.

Full-Screen Calls

We've enhanced the video call experience by offering full-screen views on your loved one's TV. When you rotate your phone to landscape mode or log in via your computer, your loved one will see you in full screen without any distracting black bars. This update makes long-distance conversations feel more immersive and natural.

Activity Feed Photos: Giving You More Control

Delete Photos

Activity Feed is your go-to place to keep an eye on your loved one's TV routines. You can choose to capture photos when the TV is turned on or off, or when someone enters or leaves the room.

Now, you can delete photos you no longer need. This gives you more control over your feed, helping you stay organized and keep only what's relevant.

Here's how to delete a photo:

  • Go to the Activity Feed in your JubileeTV App
  • Tap to select the photo you want to delete
  • Tap the trash icon in the lower right corner of the photo
  • When prompted, select "Delete Photo"

Slideshow Photos: Stay a Little Longer

Longer Photo Display

Photos help keep cherished memories alive, and now your loved one will have more time to enjoy them. We've extended the display time of slideshow photos on your loved one's TV from 10 seconds to 25 seconds. This gives them a longer opportunity to appreciate the shared moments-whether it's a special family gathering, a memorable vacation, or a simple candid shot.

Always Evolving with Your Feedback

At JubileeTV, we're always working on new ways to strengthen the connection between you and your loved one, no matter how far apart you may be.

Stay tuned for even more exciting updates-we're just getting started!
