Here’s how JubileeTV hardware returns work:
  • 30 Days of Peace of Mind: If for any reason you're not head-over-heels happy with JubileeTV, simply let us know within 30 days and return the system to us for a full refund.

  • How to Start Your Return:
  • Purchases Made on Our Website: Contact our friendly customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. We're here to help make the process smooth and hassle-free.
  • Purchases Through Retail Partners: If you picked up your JubileeTV through one of our retail partners, like Amazon or Best Buy, please head back to them for your return needs. They'll be able to assist you according to their return policies. Don't forget to cancel your JubileeTV Membership.

    Returning the Hardware: Make sure the system is in good, unused condition, pack it in its original box with all the accessories. We'll email you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label to make things easy.

    30 Days to Send It Back: You have another 30 days after requesting a return to ship the hardware back. We will process your refund as soon as possible, usually within 30 days from the date we receive your return.
