You can cancel your JubileeTV membership at any time.

How to Cancel

  • Online: Log into JubileeTV app → Account Settings → Membership & Billing → Cancel Membership
  • Support: Contact customer service team for assistance

Cancellation Terms

Monthly Plans

  • Cancel anytime with no penalties
  • Service continues until end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial month usage
  • Return hardware upon cancellation

Annual Plans

  • Cancel anytime with no penalties service continues until end of annual term
  • No refunds for unused portion of annual plan
  • Return hardware upon cancellation

All-In Plans

  • Cancel anytime with no penalties
  • Service ends immediately upon cancellation
  • No refunds or transfers
  • Return hardware upon cancellation

Hardware Return Required

  • When you cancel your membership, you must return all JubileeTV hardware within 30 days, including Console, Voice Remote Control, cables, and all accessories
  • We will provide prepaid return shipping label
  • Hardware must be returned in working condition
  • If hardware is not returned within 30 days of cancellation you will be charged $199

Full Refund Period

If you're not satisfied with JubileeTV for any reason, you can cancel within 60 days for a complete refund.

  • We will cancel your membership and provide return instructions

After 60 Days Standard cancellation terms apply — you can still cancel your membership anytime, but:

  • No refunds for membership fees
  • Hardware must still be returned within 30 days of cancellation
  • $199 charge if hardware is not returned

Hardware Return Requirements

All returns must include:

  • JubileeTV console
  • Voice remote control
  • Power cables and accessories
  • Original packaging not required, but having the box makes packing everything up easier!

Hardware condition:

  • Must be in working condition
  • Normal wear acceptable
  • Damaged or non-functional hardware may result in partial refund or additional charges

Refund Processing

Within 60-day guarantee period:

  • Full refund processed within 5-10 business days of hardware receipt
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Unreturned hardware charges:

  • $199 fee charged to payment method on file
  • Fee applied 30 days after cancellation if hardware not received
