Supporting an aging loved one comes with unique challenges-juggling work, family, and the desire to stay connected without overstepping. At JubileeTV, we understand how much you do and how important it is to have tools that make caregiving easier.

That's why we're excited to share the latest updates to JubileeTV, inspired by feedback from our Members.

These new features are designed to help our community stay connected, provide support, and gain peace of mind-all while keeping things simple for aging loved ones.

Family moments are precious, and now it's easier than ever to save and share them:

• Pinch-to-Zoom: Zoom in on Activity Feed photos for a closer look at the details.
• Download Photos: Save your favorite Activity Feed photos directly to your device.
• Streamlined Experience: A cleaner interface makes it easier to enjoy these shared moments.

These updates reflect how important it is to keep an eye on our loved one's wellbeing-and how technology can make it effortless.

We know how valuable face-to-face connection is. That's why we've made video calling even easier:

• Automatic Camera Activation: The camera now turns on automatically when starting a video call, so you can connect with your loved one without any extra steps.

This feature is off by default for existing Members, but Admins can enable it for everyone in the JubileeTV App:

1. Tap the teal Gear icon in the Telescope tile.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Toggle Camera Behavior ON.

When a loved one needs help, every second counts. JubileeTV's enhanced Admin controls put more tools in your hands:

• Restart the console or re-pair the remote with just a few taps
• Rename the room associated with your Hub to keep things organized (e.g., Living Room, Primary Bedroom)
• Enable features like automatic camera activation for smoother interactions

The new Settings icon in the Telescope tile makes it simple to access these controls, so you can troubleshoot remotely with ease.

If your loved one uses multiple TVs with JubileeTV, we've made things even smoother:

Actions like dismissing reminders or answering video calls now sync automatically across all JubileeTV-connected TVs in the home.

These updates are just the beginning. Ideas from our Members drive the improvements we make, and we're always listening.
