Do I need to program the 6-Button Remote?

No. The JubileeTV 6-Button Remote is pre-programmed to work with JubileeTV. Simply switch to Passive Mode in the JubileeTV app and follow the on-screen instructions. Do NOT attempt to program the JubileeTV 6-Button Remote - it will lose functionality.
Does it work with cable or satellite?

Yes. Our system is designed to integrate with your loved one’s existing cable box or satellite set-top box.

Does it work with streaming devices?

No. At this time the 6-button remote only works with a cable / satellite set-top box. 
Can I still manage channels if I’m not in the room?

Absolutely. Using the JubileeTV App, you can change channels, set favorites, adjust volume and turn the TV off from anywhere.
