Do they need a smartphone or computer?
No. The older adult doesn’t need to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Everything shows up on their TV screen automatically. Family members use the app to manage settings, control the TV, or start video calls—your loved one doesn’t have to press anything.
Does this work with Smart TVs?
JubileeTV doesn’t control built-in Smart TV apps directly. Instead, it works by connecting to a compatible cable box or streaming device, like a Roku or Fire TV Stick, that’s plugged into the TV. This lets us provide a simpler, more reliable experience for your loved one and gives you full remote control from the JubileeTV app.
If your loved one already has a Smart TV, no problem, you’ll just need to connect a supported streaming device to make JubileeTV work its magic.
Can I use this from out of state—or even overseas?
Absolutely. The app works anywhere you have internet. The older adult (TV user) must be located in the U.S.
What about security and privacy?
Only approved contacts can connect. All data is encrypted and HIPAA compliant. Plus, the JubileeTV Console includes a manual camera cover and mic switch.

How do you set it up?

Will I be able to add other family members to the app?
