The All-In Membership is not tied to the individual user but to the device itself.

If you plan on using JubileeTV long-term and want to avoid monthly fees, the All-In Membership offers significant savings over time.

All-In Membership is not transferable to other devices (outside of warranty claims), but it can be transferred with the original device if sold or given to a new user.

Absolutely! If you receive a replacement JubileeTV Hub under warranty, your All-In Membership will automatically transfer to the new device.

You only need one All-In Membership per household. To add other rooms, purchase additional JubileeTV Hub without All-In Membership. Contact our customer support team to add additional Hubs to your account.

Your loved one needs a TV with HDMI, an internet connection, and at least one source device, either a cable/satellite set-top box or a streaming player like Roku. JubileeTV will not work without a source device, so if your loved one uses only a Smart TV to watch TV, you'll need to add a Roku or other source device.

At present, JubileeTV is only available for seniors residing in the United States. Note: The JubileeTV App can be utilized from any location to connect with a senior residing in the U.S.
