Internet and technical requirements

JubileeTV works reliably on most home internet connections. You don't need to upgrade anything.

Senior living & assisted care communities

JubileeTV works in most senior living communities, but internet and cable setup varies by facility.


Here's what you need to know:

Compatible Setup

You or your family pays for WiFi directly

AND

Your loved one has their own cable/satellite box

This means they have independent internet service in their room plus a cable/satellite set-top box (Xfinity, Spectrum, DirecTV, etc.) connected to their TV.

Incompatible Setup

Cable goes directly from wall to TV

OR

No WiFi service at all

If there's no separate cable box (just a wire from the wall) or no internet access, JubileeTV cannot connect or function.
