Membership Cancellation & Returns Policy

You can cancel your JubileeTV membership at any time.

How to Cancel

If the JubileeTV Console was included with your Membership:

Your Membership includes the JubileeTV Console. If your Membership ends, the Console must be returned, along with Voice Remote Control, cables, and all accessories.

What happens when you cancel:

  • You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation penalties.
  • Monthly and annual plans are not refunded for unused time.
  • The All-In plan is not refundable or transferable.
  • You have 30 days from your cancellation date to return the console.
  • We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Hardware must be returned in working condition
  • Your Membership will be deleted once the console is received.
  • If the console is not returned within 30 days, a $199 charge will be applied and your Membership will be deleted.

If you purchased the JubileeTV Console upfront ($199):

You paid for the JubileeTV Console as a one-time hardware purchase. You own the device.

If you’re on a Monthly or Annual Service Plan

  • You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation penalties.
  • Your Membership stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    Example: If you’re billed monthly on the 5th and cancel on the 10th, your Membership remains active until the 5th of the next month.
  • If you wish to delete your Membership to end right away, you can choose Delete Membership after canceling.

If you’re on the All-In Service Plan

  • The Service Plan cannot be canceled.
  • You may only choose Delete Membership.

After you delete your Membership

  • The console can be re-activated at any time by starting a new Service Plan. (There is no need to repurchase the hardware.)

Returning your console (optional)

  • If you wish to return the console, contact JubileeTV Support to start the return process.
  • If you return the console, you must cancel or delete your Service Plan.

If you're not satisfied with JubileeTV for any reason, you can cancel within 60 days for a complete refund.

Hardware Return Requirements

Returns must include:

  • JubileeTV console
  • Voice remote control
  • Power cables and accessories
  • Original packaging not required, but having the box makes packing everything up easier!

Hardware condition:

  • Must be in working condition
  • Normal wear acceptable
  • Damaged or non-functional hardware may result in partial refund

Refund Processing

Within 60-day guarantee period:

  • Full refund processed within 5-10 business days of hardware receipt
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Unreturned hardware charges:

  • $199 fee charged to payment method on file
  • Fee applied 30 days after cancellation if hardware not received
