Share with families

Refer families when JubileeTV may be a fit. You can share your link, promo code, or ready-to-use materials, including a flyer, email copy, FAQs, and a short product demo video.

Referral value, your way

Eligible partners can receive $50 per qualified membership, or pass the value back to families through an additional client discount.

How is referral value handled?

Partners can choose the setup that works for their organization.

Eligible partners can receive $50 for each qualified JubileeTV membership. Organizations that can’t accept referral payments can pass that value back to families through an added client discount.
What if my organization can’t accept compensation for referrals?

No problem. Some professionals and organizations have ethics rules or internal policies that prevent them from accepting referral payments.

In those cases, we can set up your referral link and promo code so the added value goes back to your clients as an additional discount instead of being paid to your organization.
Do I need to purchase or stock anything?

No. Families order directly from JubileeTV using your referral link or promo code. You don't touch shipping, setup, billing, or support.
When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid after a 60-day holding period to account for returns and cancellations.

Can families buy on Amazon and still use my promo code?

No. Referral tracking and promo codes only apply to purchases through getjubileetv.com.
Does the referred family get a discount?

Yes. Referred families get $39 off their first month or $39 off any plan purchased through getjubileetv.com.
Do I need product training to recommend JubileeTV?

No formal training required. Your partner portal includes a simple overview, short demo video and FAQs you can share with families. If your team wants to see the product firsthand, please reach out to partners@getjubileetv.com to request a live demo.
Is JubileeTV HIPAA compliant?

Yes. JubileeTV is HIPAA compliant and SOC2 compliant. We take the security and privacy of older adults and their families seriously.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?

Partners have access to a dashboard where you can see all referrals, conversions, and payouts in real time.
