Does The App work with my iPhone / Android phone?

Yes! The JubileeTV App is available for both iOS and Android devices. There's also a web version you can access from any browser on any device.

Do family members pay extra to use The App?

No, your JubileeTV Membership includes unlimited access to The App for as many family members as you'd like. The App is free to download.

How many family members can use The App?

You can add as many family members as you'd like. Those with Admin permissions have the ability to invite additional family members, or they can be invited from the JubileeTV Contacts tile on the television.

Can people outside our family use The App to contact my loved one?

Only approved contacts will be able to communicate with your loved one's television.Those with Admin permissions you can invite additional family members and customize the level of access for each individual contact, granting you greater control over which features are available to specific people.

Can I use JubileeTV to remotely control a Smart TV through the Internet?

If your parent wants to watch apps on their Smart TV but needs assistance controlling the TV remotely, you can try instead connecting a streaming device like a Roku and adding JubileeTV.

With this setup, your loved one will be able to enjoy streaming content and you'll be able to use the JubileeTV app to control their TV remotely from anywhere.
