Below is a depiction of where the other end of those cables go. The instructions are also included on the page as well as in the depiction.

Make sure the smart plug is connected properly.

The TV's power cord is plugged in to the Smart Plug. Only the TV should be plugged in to the Smart Plug.

Connect your TV to the smart plug.

Do not plug the console's power cable into the smart plug.

DO NOT connect the Console to the smart plug!

Make sure the smart plug is powered on by clicking the power button.

The smart Plug has an LED light on the front to indicate with it is on. The poser button is on the right hand side if you have the plug facing you.

You’ll know the smart plug is on if the LED is illuminated.

Once everything is connected...

If you scheduled a Virtual Install, you can stop here.

A JubileeTV team member will walk you through the rest of setup.

If you are installing on your own:

  1. Turn on your TV (if your TV doesn’t turn on, make sure the smart plug is on).
  2. Switch your TV to the HDMI input the Console is connected to.
    • Note: It is important that your TV defaults to this input when you turn it on. You can test this by turning your TV off and back on. If it does not default to the HDMI input the Console is connected to, visit our troubleshooting page: How to set my TV to default to a specific HDMI input.
  3. Follow the instructions on your TV to complete setup.
