Your free month starts when you activate your Membership, which you can do anytime. You'll be charged for The Hub 60 days after ordering, and your first Membership payment will be due a month after activation.

When do I get charged for my JubileeTV Membership?

You won't be charged for your Membership during the first month. After the free month ends, you'll be billed monthly or annually based on the date you activated your Membership.

How do I cancel my JubileeTV Membership?

You can easily cancel your Membership in the JubileeTV App or by contacting our customer service team.

Will JubileeTV work with my loved one's existing TV?

Does JubileeTV require an internet connection?

Yes, your loved one needs a WiFi connection. The connection should be at least 5MB up and down.

What else does my loved one need to use JubileeTV?

Your loved one needs at least one source device, either a cable/satellite set-top box or a streaming player like Roku. JubileeTV will not work without a source device, so if your loved one uses only a Smart TV to watch TV, you'll need to add a Roku or other source device. See our FAQs page for more details.

What if my loved one needs help beyond TV issues?

JubileeTV is designed to make communication easier. If your loved one needs additional support, you'll be in a better position to help them or find the right resources.

Can multiple family members use the JubileeTV App?

Yes! Your Membership allows the whole family to easily stay connected with your loved one using the JubileeTV App.

Can I connect multiple TVs with JubileeTV?

Yes, you can connect multiple TVs by connecting a JubileeTV Hub to each TV. All Hubs within the same residence share a single membership. The free trial applies to one Hub. Additional Hubs are available for purchase on our website.

Is JubileeTV available outside the U.S.?

At present, JubileeTV is only available for seniors residing in the United States. Note: The JubileeTV App can be utilized from any location to connect with a senior residing in the U.S.

Do you offer a warranty?
