Voice Insights observes patterns in everyday conversations to surface signals around mood, cognitive function, stress, energy, and overall wellness — helping caregivers stay informed.

You know your loved one best. Their voice can sometimes reflect feelings, like stress, tiredness or calm, before they name them. Voice Insights observes these patterns to give you added awareness.

How it works

Voice Insights works in the background during moments you already share, offering added awareness without changing how you connect. 

Start video call

Start your video call as you normally do. Voice Insights only works during a video call, and only if you choose to turn it on.

Have a chat

If turned on during a video call, the feature uses your loved one’s natural speaking voice. It needs about 45 seconds of clear speech to generate scores.

View your scores

After the call ends, you'll see simple scores across five areas: wellness, stress, mood, energy and cognitive patterns. You'll get a notification in the JubileeTV app when the scores are ready.

Observe patterns

View your scores in the Voice Insights section of the app. Voice Insights only works during a video call, and only if you choose to turn it on.

When Voice Insights is turned on, a short audio snippet from your call is sent securely to Canary Speech for analysis. This snippet is encrypted in transit and used only to create the scores you see after your call.

Audio deleted after use

Once your scores are created, the audio is permanently deleted.

No AI training

Neither Canary nor JubileeTV saves or stores voice recordings. All processing follows strict security and privacy standards.

Permissions & Availability

Voice Insights is available to Primary Admins and Contact Admins who have given consent.

The TV User must also give consent on their TV for the feature to be available.

Scores only appear when Voice Insights is turned on during a video call.

As a JubileeTV Member, you've received early access to this new feature.

Is this a medical tool?

No. Voice Biomarkers does not diagnose or evaluate medical conditions. Scores are for awareness only.
Does this replace my intuition as a caregiver?

No. You know your loved one best. These scores simply highlight voice patterns you may already sense.
Is JubileeTV “listening” all the time?

No. Voice Biomarkers only works during a video call, and only when you turn it on.
Will my loved one need to learn anything new?

No. They use JubileeTV the same way they always have. Nothing changes on their side.
Why do you need 45 seconds of speech?

The feature needs a small amount of natural conversation to create meaningful scores.
Who can see the scores?

Only admins who have given consent. Permissions can be updated in your app at any time.
Is my loved one’s voice data safe?

Yes. Voice patterns are processed securely and deleted after scores are generated.
