We're all about making sure you're absolutely thrilled with your JubileeTV Membership. But, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. That's why we offer a super-simple Membership Cancellation Policy.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Purchase a Membership with an Annual or Monthly Service Plan after receiving your JubileeTV hardware. Every Membership includes a 30-day free trial that starts when you activate. Once your free trial ends, your card will be charged for your Monthly or Annual Service Plan.

Here’s how Membership cancellation works:

Monthly Plan:

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly plan anytime without any fees or penalties. Your service will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, which aligns with the date you initially signed up.
  • No Partial Months: Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any partial month usage. So, make the most of your service until the billing cycle wraps up.
  • Annual Plan:

  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds on our Annual Plan. When you purchase an Annual Plan, you commit to a full year of Membership, allowing us to offer you the best possible value and services.
  • End of Term: If you've reached the end of your annual plan and choose not to renew, simply cancel prior to the end of your annual billing cycle without any fees or penalties. Your service will continue until the end of your current annual billing cycle.

  • When your billing cycle ends, any JubileeTV Hub associated with your Membership will be reset to its factory settings.

    Sign in to the JubileeTV App and go to Manage My Account to cancel.
